What FlatFileFix is
FlatFileFix analyzes Amazon inventory flat files and processing reports that you upload, and returns diagnostic information and corrected files. It is a file-processing tool: you review the output and you upload it to Seller Central yourself. We never access your Amazon account and never ask for your credentials.
What we promise — and what we don't
- We make reasonable efforts to produce accurate fixes, validated against the template rules in the files you provide. If we determine a file cannot be reliably fixed by our tooling, we tell you before you pay.
- Amazon's catalog behavior, templates, and error semantics change over time and can behave inconsistently. We cannot guarantee that Amazon will accept any particular upload, and we are not responsible for listing outcomes, sales impact, or account health effects. You remain responsible for reviewing files before uploading them to your account.
- The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific fix in question.
Your responsibilities
- Only upload files you have the right to share. Don't upload files containing other people's personal data beyond what a normal flat file contains.
- Don't use the service to violate Amazon's policies or applicable law.
Payments
Paid fixes are one-time purchases processed by our merchant of record, which handles payment, applicable taxes, and invoicing. Prices are shown before you pay. See our Refund Policy.

FlatFileFix is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. "Amazon" and "Seller Central" are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc., used here only to describe compatibility.
